By making a reservation at Azienda Agricola La Felicina, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.1. Booking and payment
At the time of online booking, payment of a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay is required. The deposit serves to guarantee the reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid directly at the property at the time of the stay.2. Tourist tax
The total reservation amount does not include the tourist tax, which is €1.50 per person per night. The tourist tax must be paid in cash at the property.3. Identification documents
Upon arrival, all guests, including minors, must present a valid original identification document (photocopies are not accepted), as required by current regulations for registration with the Public Security authorities. IN THE ABSENCE OF VALID DOCUMENTS, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT THE REQUEST FOR ACCOMMODATION.4. Pets
Pets are allowed only in the following accommodations:- Standard Room – The Sestriere
- Standard Room – The Gauli
- Apartment – The Studio
